Tajine Glazed

A tagine pot is a traditional North African cooking vessel, renowned for its distinctive conical lid and its role in preparing rich, slow-cooked stews. Originating from Morocco, the term “tagine” refers both to the pot itself and the dishes prepared within it.

Two-Part Design: Comprises a wide, shallow base for ingredients and a tall, conical lid that fits snugly, creating a seal.

Self-Basting Mechanism: As food cooks, steam rises into the cone, condenses, and drips back .

Glazed Ceramic: Easier to clean and often decorative; some are intended solely for serving

Cooking Method: Designed for low-temperature, slow cooking, making it ideal for tenderizing meats and blending complex flavors.

Suitable for  stovetops and traditional charcoal fires; however, some materials may require a heat diffuser to prevent cracking.
